Did I miss the part where the FBI recommended indictment? As for the rest of it, yes, she's human, she might not recall things, even in her position.

Someone who csnnot recall things - what was it, like 40 times? - might be expected for a 70-year-old woman with early dementia, or, as she claimed, suffering the results from her 2012 concussion, but that's not a good quality for the U.S. Presidency.[/quote]
