I love the mobile ordering option, but find that it's more error-prone because these orders aren't called out by a cashier and marked on the cup in the same fashion as the in-store orders are and instead the baristas are required to read small print on the sticker, which throws them off. I think PP above has the right advice - raise your feedback to the store manager and/or corporate. [/quote]
