I know it's hard - I thought my daughter looked like a slob for years. Last year she had a big presentation day that all the parents came to, and I saw some other girls in skirts and dresses. When I said something to DD about her jeans and t-shirt she said, "Hey, these jeans don't have ANY holes, and I picked a t-shirt that still had creases from being folded." So she dressed up for HER. I get it. Taking little girls clothing shopping is fun. Taking bigger girls who have opinions clothing shopping is work. [/quote]
