FYI-- teachers do not get "paid vacation", they get a salary based on the fact that they work 9 months out of 12 but can opt to have that salary paid out over 12 months. They are treated as hourly employees, however, and do lots of work after their duty hours/on school breaks that they are not compensated for. [/quote]
