We're a youngish family and have young kids.  Walkable, safe streets and balanced neighborhood area growth consistent with DC's comprehensive plan are far more important to us than the opportunity to visit yet another trendy taco bar or a Five Guys with a bunch of pseudo-hipster generic-looking flats on top.[/quote]
