[/quote] +1 Particularly when they've released it for years. They suddenly make a change this year that decreases transparency significantly without even acknowledging that they've done so. I have a difficult time understanding all the Dcps apologists who defend this step backward. They have the data, it's not personally identifiable, they've traditional released it. There are so many people on here who seem to be incapable of questioning authority, particularly authority that is supposed to serve the public.
