You can get into the neighborhood under $900K (and maybe even under $800K) but it's getting harder to do, and you have to make compromises.  For that, you won't get a large house, a new house, a big lot or an attached garage.  I think the people in the neighborhood are nice, actually.

Depending on where you are, you can walk to stuff.  We can walk to the shops at Lee Harrison, or a bunch of ethnic restaurants on Lee Hwy, which was a draw for me.[/quote]
