To the PP who suggested having stuff shipped to work, many companies to not allow this.  Where I work in DC if you do you get a label on your letter or package reminding you  about the no personal items delivered to the office rule.  I used to get it on my junk mail all the time.  Like I am really going to contract random companies and ask them to mail the junk  mail to my home instead, especially as the companies got my address through conferences or other work event.

Well if you never heard of it, then it must not exist.  I work for the World Bank so it is a policy for security reasons and also man power issues.
Imagine of 10K people each had one personal package delivered to work each week.  I can't imagine the feds want personal packages coming to work.

As another PP and I both mentioned, Amazon locker is an option.  UPS only works for UPS packages, my amazon packages come a variety of ways.  UPS is only one.
That said, you didn't answer my question, what about the box saying amazon makes it more attractive than if it said nothing.
I am sure if could say "box of poop" and a curious thief might still steal it.

You get tracking info regardless of how your packages are shipped. Track it and either be home to get it or put a hold on it and pick it up. Stop complaining. [/quote]
