So not a "full" field, but actually half. Plenty big for them. US soccer issued new guidance last year, so U8 and below should be 4v4, U9-10 is 7v7 on a smaller field than currently (will be about 1/4 field), and U11-12 will be 9v9 on half-size fields[/quote]
