Once DS is cleaned and fed, and breakfast is all cleaned up, and bedding is laundered,DH starts to feel some remorse and says he will take DS.  [/quote]

Stay out of it, lady! If the arrangement/agreement between you and your spouse is that you're off duty, BE OFF DUTY. You're micromanaging. Stop.
