[/quote] Actually, I interpreted her post as asking for breakfast ideas with more protein because her stepson is eating sugar cereals with no nutritional value. For someone who is used to eating lucky charms for breakfast, he is unlikely to want plain cream of wheat or eggs. Frosted mini wheats, kashi go lean, kashi heart to heart all have a sweet taste but also contain fiber and protein. I think those cereals with skin milk and fruit are a good start to one's day.
