While you personally may prefer to be bony, the OP may not. Don't sell bony as healthy & 128 as unhealthy. Plus, no one knows her blood pressure, glucose level, cholesterol, muscle mass, endurance. Weight is not the only measure of health but a part of it. Just because there is an obesity epidemic we shouldn't crucify everyone who isn't skinny. [/quote]
