I workout 6 days a week, sometimes 2x a day (cardio in morning, strength at night), see progress in my fitness, have ZERO health issues (well, aside from seasonal allergies). There are far more nutrients to be gained from plants, than a steak - and you can get your protein elsewhere. [/quote]
