We have plenty of financial follies hitting the budget - pet projects for Council Members, etc. but blaming the County's budget problems on ESOL students just is not accurate. [/quote] Check the MoCo school budget to see how much is really spent for ESOL services. I think you will find it is a substantial part of the budget. And, it isn’t decreasing. [/quote]
