Exactly. Thank you. If you want to smoke, do it in your house. Especially when you live in a large building with 200+ neighbors. Most of us (95ish%) are smart enough to not smoke, but we still have to deal with the nastiness of the 5% of you idiots who have no self control and must smoke on your porch constantly.[/quote]

So should everybody quit using grills outside too? Those create exponentially more smoke than cigarettes. And tiki torches? Candles? Incense? Diesel trucks? Bonfires? Op, lots of things outside create stinky smoke. Like when I'm behind a nasty dump truck in DC, I close my windows. When a diesel snow plow runs his engine in front of my house for 13 hours, I close my windows. When I grill, I close my windows. I close them when it rains too. Can you make rain stop? Can you ban all bad perfume? Because I HATE the smell of vanilla and sweet/musky perfumes more than anything. More than smoke for sure. Oh and please ban B.O.[/quote]
