Perhaps once upon a time.  Today there are 85 million Anglicans wordwide, while the no. of U.S. Episcopalians has dropped by half toonly 1.5M.  Only 700,000 actually attend Episc. services in the U.S.   Bishop Schori bankrupted the ECUSA to the point where even its NYC headquarters had to be sold in order to pay for litigation against the departing parishes.
