I found myself getting caught up in it too, when I was looking for a place, since realtors also seem to broaden what's walkable When you're outside of DC. It seems odd to me, since I'd rather walk on well-traveled city sidewalks than quieter suburban streets. It's this type of thinking that keeps a lot of people from seriously considering some great DC neighborhoods. [/quote]
