Something I wish I'd learned earlier, but didn't until I hit menopause and saw my body age overnight, is that if you want to be with me, you've got to take me as I am. My body's given me and others pleasures of all kinds, and given life and sustained life, and it shows. I'll never be young or firm or smooth, but I'm not going to spend my final years feeling bad about that.[/quote]
