A BLM chapter or any activist group can exclude whoever they want from their meetings legally. They just can't expect to be able to use taxpayer funded resources to do so. I'm a surprised this concept seems foreign to whoever is speaking/representing this BLM chapter. I suspect mistakes such as this are attributed to the challenge of being in a "leaderless" (meaning no central point of contact/ no central point of reference for support) movement that is so decentralized.
