Sorry but I think any school uniform (or dress code policy) involving skirts should also involve bike shorts. It is distracting (and uncomfortable) for everyone otherwise. Can you imagine being the teacher seeing your students' undies. Yikes![/quote]

You have a problem with reading comprehension. What is right is to learn how to manage short skirts. What is wrong is thinking up of ways to still wear short skirts even though one expects to have incidents in that line - hence the need for specialized underwear. If you wear them right, you shouldn't have to overthink this.
