My point simply is that it is done. And no, it is not a trend. Most brick rowhouses all over the city, including Georgetown, have been painted for decades. Same as in Annapolis. You guys can call it tacky all you want, but I love my painted rowhouse. I think it's certainly a lot nicer than the faux brick front exteriors you see all over the country or vinyl siding.
