I would say the Falls Church Anglican. Although they do allow women priests.
Wrong. Rev. Kathleen Christopher. Google it. Hugely popular. enormous congregation. 8:00 a.m. is as close as you will get to high-church. No smells and bells. No incense. No Saints. No transsubstantiation. Kathleen usually conducts the 8:00 a.m. service. The 9:00 service is still formal but is not rigid in following Rite I or Rite II. The 11:00 service is very song and praise band oriented (can be very loud). Youth groups meet in the evening. www.tfcanglican.com.
My apologies. Normally people come on here to attack The Falls Church Anglican and go right for the "no women priests" which is just dead wrong. I jumped the gun above. Great church. There is something for everyone. New sanctuary being built. But most services are not what you would call "high church" episcopalian. There is a strong evangelic streak. It's called "orthodox evangelical Anglican". Many of the other Anglican churches mentioned above with the exception of Truro are daughter churches planted by The Falls Church Anglican. Try the 8:00 for the most orthodox.
