Tuckahoe was vocal, Nottingham was very vocal, and the families living in the planning units at issue were very vocal, particularly about wanting to stay with their neighborhood. Now they are, and they're unhappy that they got what they asked for (not the pp who made this same point ealier, btw).[/quote]
