It is literally, without commercials and local newsbreaks, maybe 20 minutes worth of content since they repeat the main news throughout and inevitably I don't care about certain segments (celeb interviews can take or leave, only do some of the cooking segments and some of the ones like travel deals or something I skip). I like to record it, wait until the house is quiet and then scan through to catch the 20 minutes while I'm catching up on emails. Something comforting about having it on.[/quote]
