At a minimum (and considering the short amount of time left), I would do the parent questionnaire which is different from the referral form - http://www.fcps.edu/is/aap/packet/Fillable_AAPParentGuardianQuestionnaire.pdf. Whether or not it will actually "boost" her chances is the great unknown.[/quote]
