Yes, I have been to Woodbridge.. And yes, it is much cheaper than DC. And yes, because it is inexpensive in comparison that is why commuters sit in 90 minute parking lot traffic to get to and from DC work sites. [/quote]

+1.  If the only reason to leave DC were for safety, people would move to closer-in Arlington, Bethesda, etc.  It's because it's cheaper...that's why they move to Woodbridge.  That said, I don't think there's anything wrong with Woodbridge, if that's what your budget allows.  Better than trying to stretch yourself thin to please DCUM.[/quote]
