There's not a Level IV AAP Center at Virginia Run, but they offer Level II and III services in-house. The Level IV Center is approx a mile down the road, though (Bull Run ES), so it's nice and close for families who have kids at both schools. I can't speak to what happens above 1st grade, but my son's class does differentiation (if that's the right word?) for reading/spelling, and they did it in K, as well. Some of the kids who need more intensive help with ESOL get pulled out during reading time from what I can tell, and they might get pulled out at other times also depending on their needs. I feel like I heard there was going to be math differentation in 1st grade starting at some point but don't quote me on that. [/quote]
