Who are you to say that feeling stressed and needing to take a day off is not a sick day? Secondly, I am not a millenial but in late 30s and also a manager. For your information, most teachers have PTO so there is no official sick day or vacation day, all days get counted the same.[/quote] +1 Exactly.
