[/quote] Not pp, but if you like Seneca Hill move there. We live in Clopper mill zone and love our house neighborhood even though we wish the ES was better. The neighborhood just west of Seneca Hill isn't bad (North of Clopper, just east of great Seneca) but there are many other places.[/quote]
