2. are not in families with women aged 20-45
3. don't have parents
4. don't have children

You're already probably being discriminated against, because you're a woman and you're more likely to take 16 weeks off. The employer has to pay the tax for every employee, regardless of if they will use the benefit or not. The employer does not pay the benefit: the District does.[/quote]
