Or families that attend a Wilson feeder OOB should have to apply OOB for Wilson. They could even have priority, but just limit the number admitted to the actual number of seats available. That would solve crowding instantly. Wilson is half OOB, they're coming in through the feeders.[/quote]

True - but those OOB families that attend the Wilson feeders form a social and academic cohort while they are at those schools.   Why would we break that cohort up?   That's why those children should get first priority - and kids that want to get back into the traditional DCPS community after attending charters should get second priority.[/quote]
