It sucked (we maybe broke even after agent fees IF you include taxes). In the meantime, everything else in the city increased by 20% a year (not every year, but we saw at least two years of that) and we were completely priced out of any 3 bedroom in Wilson. NE now, looking at private for hs unless more options come online. Condos are for suckers.[/quote]
