She's doesn't love her dog. A person who loves their dog wouldn't drop him/her at a shelter for a "death sentence" as OP stated.

There's is always a slim chance that ANY animal could attack. So are you saying that anyone who has a baby should kick their pets out on the street? Tell me about the other ways you eliminate 100% of all types of risk for your precious spawn. [/quote]
