I agree that Quinoa isn't gritty but it has a weird texture and almost feels like the grains are popping when you eat them. I really, really don't care for quinoa and I have tried.. Basmati rice on the other hand is delicious. It has a drier texture than regular rice but tastes so good buttered. Yum. I hardly ever eat it because of the carbs though.[/quote]
