No. We are visiting open houses.   We plan to buy based on neighborhood/ exact house in spring.  
I would guess oakton though.  We like the more neighborhood feel.

When you are seriously looking in the Spring, you should at least check out Manors at Wolftrap neighborhood in Vienna -- closer to Tysons off of Old Courthouse Rd (Westbriar - Kilmer - Marshall pyramid).  There will be at least one new listing :)  Definitely a neighborhood feel! We just had a big block party last Saturday.

I would not recommend adding brick. It could price you out of the neighborhood.  There are a few that are all brick, but these homes are selling for up to 1.4MM with partial brick (and some newer ones by Sekas and Stahl right outside the neighborhood on Drewlaine with just some stone on the front). So if you *need* more brick this is not where where you want to be :)[/quote]
