Its pretty dysfunctional here.

I thrive when I am busy with multiple things and working with  lots of people. This job was a total bait and switch from what I interviewed for but I was changing fields after finishing a master's and took what I could.

I negotiated down to part time (70% schedule) because my salary is low anyway so I might as well see my kid a bit more and I'm not bringing in big money anyway. I wish it were different, but I'm staying in until kid #2 comes and then quitting and going back into the job hunt around 5 months post-partum![/quote]
