I would agree with the PPs idea of empathy- it sounds like Larlo is having a tough time, we all need extra help sometimes.

I agree. I can't even begin to wrap my head around how teachers keep track of everyone's specific needs and what action or support they are supposed to provide in the heat of a stressful moment when they have 19 others to deal with.[/quote] + 1[/quote]
