There are women. Dan savage has two examples just this week: http://www.thestranger.com/blogs/slog/2015/08/26/22765865/savage-love-letter-of-the-day-forgiveness-and-ashley-madisons-innocent-victims http://www.thestranger.com/blogs/slog/2015/08/27/22769595/an-email-exchange-with-one-of-the-few-women-on-ashley-madison
This is a comment from the WaPo article: Johnny Oldfield 8/25/2015 10:51 PM CDT lol as I have stated in other posts, I was a member, paying member of Ashley Madison for about a month a few years ago..I WAS single, not in a relationship, was not looking to hook up with a married woman. Even though the site advertises primarily as a place for married people to have affairs, you do not have to be married, and as I assumed would be the case there were plenty of single women on the site. To me no different than any other dating or hook up site. But with Ashley madison it was apparant to me within a day that there were more fake profiles than real. Only a fool would sustain a membership after discovering this unless money is not an object for you. Ashley Madison, unlike many online dating sites in which a flat monthly fee covers all messaging, at AM you bought credits. And you burned credits every time you sent a message as well as every time you opened and read an incoming message. the joke was that once you created an account you would be deluged with incoming messages from "real" women. Sometimes you could tell they were fake without opening if you knew what to look for and were realistic, other times you wouldnt truly know until you actually opened and read and of course that meant burning credits up. Like I said, I bored very quickly with this site and left very quickly I was not impressed, I guarantee that there were and are only a fraction of actual meeting between real members than what they claim. Fake profiles exist on all of the sites but more here than most. It seems even among other users you are alone in your level of delusion.
