Your husband should. [/quote] OP here. This dependent verification form supposedly got mailed to us. I don't normally go through DH's mail. If it obviously pertains to the kids, I open it but if it is from his work, I just put it aside for DH. DH did talk to the head of HR and she is seeing what she can do. If we don't have insurance by the end of the week, we will buy our own. DH said he may just get catastrophic insurance for us and pay out of pocket for little stuff.[/quote] It probably came from the insurance company, not your husband's employer (unless he works for an insurance company).[/quote]
