I love her. She writes her own songs, plays her own music and has a decent voice. She's gone from gawky teenager to gorgeous young woman and she has kept a good head on her shoulders. I think she's a wonderful role model and a genuinely good person.
I totally agree. Very talented, a true original and does amazing things for fans.
Disagree. She has painted herself as the victim in many failed relationships and then perpetuates the drama with her music. Someday she will look back and cringe.
As we all tend to do about our 20s. Thank god I'm not now/wasn't famous in my 20s. And it's not like she got famous from a sex tape of a guy peeing on her.
Gotta agree. If you compare her to other girls/young women her age, she's a class act. No sex tapes; nice, self-deprecating personality; great clothes in her off time (classic, cute, and non-trashy); and yes - talent. She's no Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, or interchangeable Kardashian. I do wish her songs weren't usually about how some guy or other did her wrong, but hopefully she's moving away from that. I think many of her lyrics are downright catchy and clever. I think she's a fine role model for my tween daughter.
