1. Poop smells worse than regular trash, especially in warm weather.

2. Poop bags can have holes or break if something heavy is thrown on top of it.

3. Not all garbage cans are kept outside. Many sit in garages until garbage day.

4. Trashcans do not always get completely emptied.

Just a couple of reasons that I can think of off the top of my head. Are none of these legitimate reasons, OP? [/quote]
