[/quote] I'm the "victory" poster above. I wouldn't advocate leaving your Fed job. No offense, but I was referring to the OP being in a high pay high stress job. As a fed, particularly a female fed, you may have more options to downshift while still staying employed. I'd explore these befor considering the idea of quitting and re entering the fed at a future date. [/quote]
