Sounds great if you are a girl aged 4-8: http://www.webmd.com/diet/estimated-calorie-requirement
You don't know what you're talking about. I'm 44. To lose weight, I have to consume less than 1,200 calories. A little more, I maintain and around 1,500, I start gaining.
I feel your pain. I'm 41, same height and same calorie threshold issue. Some suggestions: 2 egg omelet with mushrooms, onions, or green peppers, or with salsa Greek yogurt with honey and/or fruit Smoked salmon Tuna on a can, but the one packed in olive oil, drained, you won't need mustard or mayo, IMO Tomato and mozzarella, maybe add balsamic vinegar An avocado with homemade vinaigrette put in the hole where the pit goes, eat with a spoon by scooping out Banana and peanut butter, apple and peanut butter Watermelon, mint and goat cheese salad Egg beaters and turkey sausage A bowl of homemade oatmeal (or even those Quaker instant ones), maybe add a tad of brown sugar or honey A bowl of chicken noodle soup (but watch the sodium)
