My parents have an above ground pool (classy, huh) that is accessible from a deck- yard is sloped so its easy to get to without climbing stairs, etc and there is no fence on the property, can walk from the street into their back yard. The neighbors also have an above ground pool with just an external ladder to get in and out (no deck) and no fence. Neighbors is about 18 years old, parents about 10 at most?[/quote]
