uh no. maybe you should go read something.

You can get precheck on int'l flights from domestic airlines, but pretty much no int'l airlines (other than maybe air canada) participate in precheck.  Global entry does you no good leaving the country (people who sign up for global entry get precheck, but there is nothing they get beyond that).[/quote]
