Because I have lived in Petworth and now near Van Ness and I am currently able to walk to more grocery stores and restaurants here than I could at my old apartment. And I have a closer commute to my job in Dupont. So for me, Petworth living was much less practical and accessible and definitely more "suburban."[/quote]
