I can think of a lot more family friendly movies then shows. And don't forget that households have multiple tvs plus devices, everyone can watch shows that suite their tastes so groups of families aren't sitting down and watching tv together. And shows aimed at middle/high schoolers often tackle subjects that may make parents uncomfortable when watching as a group. For example, Degrassi (original and current) covers everything under the sun. [/quote]
