OP, honestly, do you believe that a 16 year old teenage boy is making art of recyclables?  C'mon.  If you do, give his parents a call and find out.  Because I have a hard time believing in such a project, and if it is going on, that his parents allow him to go through the trash and take liquor bottles home for his project.  WOULD YOU?????

Does he have a friend who makes art from recyclables?  It should be pretty easy to determine.
