Of course, it's possible that people who make more money are simply more educated, work harder and longer hours and have more ambition. Equality of outcomes isn't actually possible. So yes, it's not possible for everyone to make that kind of money because some people work harder for it than others, even after factoring in the innate privilege. If you take a classroom full of middle-class kids, some of them will rise and some will fall. [/quote]
