I may be cynical, but I suspect they overcharged you and then threw you the bone of "you can apply this to a new system" just to get you hooked. So fine, get an estimate for a new system from them, but get two more estimates and tell the companies what you've been through so far. There are good companies out there, and they will be appalled if you got taken. [/quote]
